Part 1: Service & International Trade FAQs
This section covers our ordering process, payment terms, shipping, and custom OEM/ODM services.
What is your standard lead time for mass production?
For standard bulk orders, our mass production lead time is approximately 25 days after the deposit is received and all order details (including customized packaging and logos) are confirmed. For urgent requests, please contact our team to check current production schedules.
What are your payment terms for international orders?
Our standard payment method is via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). The payment terms are a 30% deposit in advance to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance required before shipment, after the final quality inspection is completed.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage clients to test our instruments first. Sample costs and shipping fees are typically borne by the buyer, but the sample fee can often be deducted from your first official bulk order.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. Backed by our experienced technical team, we can assist with everything from simple private labeling to complete structural redesigns and custom functional development.
What kind of logo customization do you support?
We offer both silk-screen printing and laser engraving for your company logo, depending on the product’s surface material and your brand’s aesthetic preference.
Can you customize the product packaging and provide brand design services?
Yes. We offer fully custom packaging solutions, including color boxes, EVA carrying cases, and blister packs. Furthermore, if you need assistance with branding, our team provides professional brand design services to help your products stand out in your local market.
How do you ensure product quality before shipping?
Quality is our top priority. Every batch of ZLLJMETER instruments undergoes a strict factory-level test. Additionally, Imago conducts a rigorous secondary quality control (QC) inspection before dispatching the goods to ensure a zero-defect rate for your end-users.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support various shipping methods depending on your volume and urgency, including Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples or small batches), Air Freight, and Sea Freight (FCL/LCL for mass production). We can work with your designated forwarder or handle the logistics for you.
Part 2: Product & Technical FAQs
This section covers technical specifications, calibration, and usage of our core testing instruments.
Do your digital multimeters and clamp meters support True RMS?
Yes, most of our professional-grade digital multimeters and clamp meters feature True RMS (Root Mean Square) technology, ensuring highly accurate AC voltage and current readings even when measuring non-linear loads.
What are the power options for your testing meters?
We offer flexible power solutions. Many of our modern, smart testing instruments feature built-in lithium batteries with USB-rechargeable capabilities for convenience and eco-friendliness. We also offer traditional models powered by standard AAA or 9V dry batteries.
For the Gas & HVAC Detectors, what types of refrigerants can be detected?
Our halogen and refrigerant leak detectors (such as the ZL78A) are highly sensitive and can detect a wide range of standard refrigerants, including CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs (such as R22, R32, R134a, R410A, etc.), making them ideal for universal HVAC maintenance.
How long is the sensor lifespan on the combustible gas analyzers?
Under normal usage and proper maintenance, the high-precision sensors in our combustible gas analyzers have a typical lifespan of 2 to 3 years. We recommend avoiding exposure to extremely high concentrations of gases to prolong sensor life.
Do your environmental meters (sound level, lux, anemometers) require regular calibration?
Like all precision measurement tools, we recommend annual calibration for our environmental meters to maintain strict accuracy, especially if they are used for official safety compliance, industrial standard testing, or engineering acceptance.
What types of batteries can the Automotive Battery Testers analyze?
Our automotive battery testers are compatible with all standard 12V and 24V vehicle batteries, including regular flooded (lead-acid), AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, and Gel batteries, providing comprehensive diagnostics for the automotive aftermarket.
Do your products come with international certifications?
Yes, the majority of our standard testing instruments are designed to meet global safety and environmental standards, including CE and RoHS compliance. If your market requires specific regional certifications, please let us know during the inquiry stage.
